Collaboration.
The bottom line is simple. Few communities throughout the world empower women.
Ego.
Allowing my ego to control how I do business is not smart. It costs. Sheesh, thus far, my ego has cost me money. My ego has cost me connections. When my ego is in control, it becomes a poor reflection on my team, and they deserve the best leader that I can be. More than anything, my ego has cost me time that I cannot get back.
Anxiety.
Soooo…Anxious… It’s 2019. Congratulations! We made it! As we start off the new year, I have been reflecting on the conversations I have had recently. A year ago, my best friend and I moved to New York City and took up residence in a humble apartment in Brooklyn to pursue ourContinue reading “Introducing Passport to Zuri”
Shacar. He’s Up Next.
AFROPUNK’s Battle of the Bands is a major move for the indie artist and Shacar is battling for the top spot. A chance to play at 2017 AFROPUNK BROOKLYN is a game changer. The competition is real because each band is dope, but Shacar is magical. Magical AF. Ghost is on repeat in myContinue reading “Shacar. He’s Up Next.”
