Energy of the Culture

My Power is My Energy.

It is the most distinctive trait that one notices when they meet me.  Whether sitting quietly and reading on the train, or dancing at Soul In the Horn in NYC, my energy serves me and it is fueled by my culture.

My Culture is African.

I am the daughter of the most resilient nation in the world, Sierra Leone.  The people of Sierra Leone thrive and eventually flourish, even when they encounter tribulation.  This is true for many from The Continent of Africa.  I will share the triumphs and accomplishments of my people and the positive contributions we make to our global communities.
